We ship worldwide. While we offer free shipping to the UK, US and Europe, orders shipped elsewhere will incur shipping charges depending on the destination and weight of the order. All shipping charges will be determined at checkout. Please note, we are not responsible for any international taxes or duties which may be incurred.

Returns

We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you would like to return or exchange anything we offer a full refund if the item is unused and returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email at julia@goeletlondon.com and we will provide return instructions. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free returns at this time.
